No sound or poor sound quality

If the sound coming from your speakers is faint or non-existent, check the following settings:

• Make sure an audio source is connected and playing sound.
• Make sure the speakers are facing the desired listening area.
• Make sure the power cable is plugged in and that the green LED on the back of the unit is lit.
• Check that the amplifier is switched on and connected to the speaker(s).
• Make sure none of the speaker cables are damaged (frayed, cut, etc.).
• Make sure that no cables are touching other cables or terminals (risk of short circuit).
• Try different positions and/or angles to achieve the best possible sound placement.
