Compatible Storage Media Types

The VP320 and VP330 players support the following storage media types:

• USB drives (recommended: USB 2.0 or higher for better compatibility).

• External hard drives (USB-powered or mains-powered).

• SD cards (via a USB adapter if necessary).

Note: Slow or damaged media (e.g., low-quality USB drives) can cause playback issues or freezing. Use reliable and high-performance media.

Compatible File Systems

The VP320 and VP330 players are compatible with the following file systems:

• FAT32: Ideal for USB drives under 32 GB (file size limit: 4 GB).

• exFAT: Recommended for USB drives over 32 GB or external hard drives (no file size limit).

• NTFS: Compatible, but may cause playback issues with very large files.

Warning:

• FAT16 is not recommended due to its file size limit (2 GB max).

• If your media is formatted as NTFS and you encounter issues, try reformatting it to exFAT or FAT32.

Preparing the Storage Media

Step 1: Back Up Your Data

Before formatting your storage media, back up all important data to another device (computer, hard drive, cloud). Formatting will permanently erase all data on the media.

Step 2: Choose the Right File System

Depending on the size of your media and the size of your files, choose the appropriate file system:

• FAT32: For media under 32 GB and files under 4 GB.

The VP320 and VP330 players support the following formats:

Video:

• MP4 (recommended, H.264/AVC codec).

• MOV (H.264 codec).

• AVI (DivX, XviD codec).

Audio:

• MP3

• WAV

• AAC

Images:

• JPEG

• PNG

Note:

• For smooth playback, prefer MP4 with H.264 codec.

• 4K files are only supported by the VP330.

• Avoid corrupted or partially downloaded files.

Checking Media Before Use

Before inserting your media into the VP320/VP330 player, perform the following checks:

1. The media is properly formatted (FAT32, exFAT, or NTFS).

2. The files are complete and not corrupted (test playback on a computer).

3. File and folder names do not contain special characters.

4. The media is not damaged (no scratches, bent connectors, etc.).

Inserting Media into the Player

1. Turn off the VP320/VP330 player before inserting or removing storage media.

2. Insert the media into the USB port or the dedicated port (depending on the model).

   • For USB drives, use the USB 2.0 or 3.0 ports on the front or back of the player.

   • For external hard drives, use a powered port (some USB ports may not provide enough power).

3. Turn on the player.

4. The player automatically detects the media and displays its content on the screen.

Note: If the media is not detected, try another USB port or another media.
