Initial Setup
- Ensure the amplifier is always powered off (unplugged) during connection phases.
- Connect the audio input (line level) and emitters to the amplifier.
- Optionally, connect the woofer.
- Power on the amplifier.
- Verify that the green LED is blinking.
- Wait 1 minute to allow the volume to reach its set level.
- The system is now operational.
Volume Adjustment
The volume is controlled by the source audio device. HyperSound is highly directional, allowing precise sound placement. The directional sound is aimed at the target listener or intentionally reflected off an object. It is essential to set the volume at a level low enough to be above the ambient noise level but loud enough to be heard comfortably.
NOTE: Often, when adjusting the input or making adjustments, the volume is set too high because the person adjusting the volume and the listener are not in the actual or intended listening area. For the best acoustic performance, it is recommended to maintain a distance of more than 1 meter between the emitter and the listener.
Input Level Adjustment
- Turn on the unit with all audio connections established.
- Wait 1 minute for the amplifier volume to stabilize.
- Using the green LED at the rear of the unit as a guide, increase the source audio volume until the green LED occasionally blinks.
- Set the audio input level just below the point where the green LED blinks.
- This represents the maximum input level. Using a higher level will generate excessive distortion.
Playing Test Tracks
- Connect the 3.5 mm jack plug of the audio cable to your audio playback device (iPhone, iPad, MP3 player, PC, TV, etc.).
- Play the desired audio track.
