SD Card Not Detected
- Ensure the card is inserted before powering on the device. The SD/SDHC card must never be inserted or removed when the player is powered.
- Check the card format:
Type Required Format Minimum Capacity SD FAT16 or FAT32 64 MB SDHC FAT32 4 GB - Ensure the card is fully inserted into its slot. To remove it, gently press it to unlock, then reinsert it.
Trigger Input Not Responding
- Check the wiring: The contact must be established between the In terminal and the ground G on the 3.81 mm Phoenix connector.
- The contact must be held long enough: The debounce time is fixed at 100 ms — a shorter pulse will be ignored.
- Check the folder configuration on the SD card: The trigger behavior depends entirely on the folder name. In the absence of Folder No. 0, the player defaults to mode 0.
- In 1x0 mode (non-re-triggerable), a new pulse during playback is ignored — this behavior is normal.
LED Blinking Slowly
The player is in an error state. Possible causes:
- The memory card is missing or empty.
- The card is not recognized (incompatible format or faulty card).
- The files present are not in a supported format.
